Community and stakeholder consultation is the statutory process of engaging with the local community prior to the submission of a major planning application.
Engagement with the public is now necessary for most developments that exceed 1 hectare in site area or are above certain thresholds in terms of size and scale.
We provide a full engagement service from initial concept stage to the submission of the planning application itself.
Our community and stakeholder engagement services include:
- Preparation and submission of the Proposal of Application Notice (PAN).
- Engaging with local political representatives and community groups.
- Arranging and hosting of Public Information Events.
- Preparation and submission of the Pre-application Community Consultation report.
