Damien is a planning consultant with over 20 years of experience in private practice. He has represented many of the major developers in Northern Ireland and has promoted both planning applications and planning appeals on their behalf.
Damien holds a BSc Hons (Environmental Planning) and a Diploma in Town & Country Planning from Queen’s University, Belfast and is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

Sarah is a planning consultant with over 18 years experience in both local government and private practice. She has significant experience in preparing, submitting and managing planning applications for a range of scheme, up to and including major development proposals.
Sarah holds a Masters in Geography and Environmental Science from the University of Dundee and a Masters in Town Planning from Queen’s University, Belfast. She is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
